Office Manager and Telemarketer (Part-time)

Virtual Team Builder is a fast-growing training company that specializes in helping geographically dispersed teams reach their maximum potential through training, coaching, designing and consulting solutions.

Unlike most training companies, Virtual Team Builder's program is uniquely designed to fit each client's needs dramatically increasing virtual team performance and productivity. Virtual Team Builders is expending, and looking for an experienced Office Manager and Telemarketer (Part-time) to join our team.

The ideal candidate should be a strong communicator, have strong verbal and written skills, be an energetic, independent worker, and a self-motivated individual who is comfortable making telemarketing calls from home. This person would be responsible for making calls based on a fine tuned script, in order to secure appointments for our training and consulting firm.

  • Previous experience working in a virtual office and/or in a training environment would be an asset.
  • Minimum of 5 years telemarketer and office management experience required.
  • Compensation will be an hourly rate plus incentive.

Marketing Associate (co-op student/part-time student)

We are presently looking for a Marketing Associate co-op student/part-time student to join our team. The ideal candidate is a reliable, self-motivated team player who possesses strong verbal and written communication skills, and is able to bring forward creative ideas. The candidate would be working from home and would be responsible for editing and posting audio and video blogs, creating and implementing marketing strategy, managing social media marketing, writing articles for newsletter and blog, and developing strategies to increase market awareness.
