EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP COACHING TO
IMPROVE YOUR TEAM'S PERFORMANCE

You lead a geographically distributed organization and encounter many of the challenges of virtual teams. You know there are ways to improve team effectiveness, but the time pressures do not permit you to take our training.

With Executive Coaching, you get dedicated one-on-one time with an executive and leadership coach who has experience leading and improving distributed organizations. Together, you focus on the specific problems in your environment and on the steps required to change and increase team effectiveness.

Whether in a single session or over a series of sessions, the process begins by outlining your desired outcomes. We then identify obstacles and find ways to address them. Through these sessions, you will also have the opportunity to gain insights about your leadership style and dynamics within your team and find new ways to achieve peak performance in a virtual team environment.

Virtual Team Building Executive Coaching sessions are booked in advance at a mutually convenient time and are one hour in duration. Special arrangements can be made for several leaders from the same organization to attend executive-coaching sessions together.
