GLOBAL DIVERSITY MANAGEMENT

At Virtual Team Builders, we believe a Cultural Diversity Program must be customized for each organization.

We will develop a comprehensive knowledge base of each country you work in and conduct monthly educational webinars. The knowledge base consists of the differences between cultures in areas such as: working hours, dress code, business etiquettes and customs, team management, body language, business culture, and how to communicate and negotiate.

We will work with you to tailor the solution to your organization’s unique needs. The goals of this program are:

  • to increase understanding and respect for the diverse cultures in your organization
  • to improve communication between the various cultures in your organization
  • to remove any communication blocks resulting from cultural challenges
  • to improve relationships among various cultural groups
