You took the courses, understood the principles, and applied the techniques to your virtual teams. However, you find yourself questioning why obstacles still occur. If you frequently encounter new situations with different solutions that you would like an expert’s opinion on, or would like to hear what issues similar companies are facing and what solutions they have tried, this forum was designed for you.

The Virtual Team Building Leadership Forum is a virtual learning and discussion forum, led by Claire Sookman. It is designed for leaders and managers who use the knowledge and skills acquired through our courses and work on improving the effectiveness of their virtual teams.

It is also an opportunity to discuss further challenges and concerns that you may face. You can explore solutions to those challenges with support from our experts and your peers.
